Tai Chi Ch'uan is an ancient martial art which many people find extremely helpful for relaxation and stress management. It was developed as a martial art and longevity exercise. It is one of the best stress reduction methods. The "Journal of the American Medical Association" reported in a 1995 study that Tai Chi can help improve the balance of the elderly and help reduce the risk of falling. In fact, in comparison to other exercises, including weight lifting, endurance training and balance training, Tai Chi was the most beneficial exercise.

Tai Chi and Chi Kung Gung fu is an ancient martial art that differs entirely from other forms of martial arts, exercise and self-defense techniques. Besides being an extremely powerful form of self-defense Tai Chi and Chi Kung Gung fu focuses on exercising every muscle and joint as every movement harmonizes with natural and deep diaphramatic breathing and requires tranquility and concentration of the mind in its practice.
